Target

Identification & Market Mapping

- Conduct deep-dive industry research to identify high-growth sectors and "hidden gem" companies.

- Utilize databases (PitchBook, Capital IQ, Grata, SourceScrub) to build comprehensive lists of prospective targets.

- Monitor industry news, private equity activity, and funding rounds to identify companies primed for an exit or capital raise.

Outbound

Outreach & Relationship Building

- Execute cold and warm outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to business owners and CEOs.

- Manage the initial qualification process to determine if a prospect fits the firm’s investment criteria or client profile.

- Travel to industry conferences and trade shows to network and represent the firm.

Strategic

Pitching & Narrative Development

- Develop compelling marketing materials, including "Teasers," firm overviews, and preliminary valuation insights.

- Work closely with the execution team to create tailored pitch decks that highlight the firm’s sector expertise and track record.

- Articulate complex financial concepts and market trends to non-financial business owners in a persuasive manner.
