Required Skills / Responsibilities:

- Create & manage project plans for enhancements and small initiatives.
- Define project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
- Align project objectives with company goals and ensure team clarity on deliverables.
- Drive delivery and implementation of technology solutions.
- Track and manage project financials.
- Support project team with design and development activities as needed.
- Lead issue identification and resolution processes.
- Manage risk tracking and mitigation.
- Monitor and control scope, cost, and schedule.
- Maintain and manage all project documentation.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously.




- Foster solid partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and sponsors.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Insurance and Annuities domain (RiverSource or similar preferred).
- Exposure to Data Lake / Data Engineering initiatives .
- AWS Cloud experience (solution delivery, migration, or cloud-native projects).
- Familiarity with AI/ML use cases, analytics, or data-driven platforms .
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration experience.
- Experience working in Agile / hybrid delivery models .
