We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage and maintain the company's database. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data is accurate, organized, up to date, and easily accessible for internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update company databases regularly.
- Enter, verify, and organize data accurately.
- Conduct online research to collect and update relevant information.
- Identify and remove duplicate or incorrect records.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness.
- Provide data as required by management.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to update and verify information.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
- Perform regular database maintenance and data backups (where applicable).
- Support business operations by providing accurate and timely information.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, MS Office and any other tools related to Database management.
- Basic understanding of database management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Valuable in research & market study.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
- Typing speed should be >40 WPM
- Proficient in English language in speaking & writing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in data entry, database management, or a similar role is preferred.
