Job Summary

Provide L2 production support for Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and Azure Database Services, including backup, recovery, health checks, and user administration.

Responsibilities

- Monitor and optimize database performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and manage SQL Server Agent jobs and MySQL replication.

- Administer Azure SQL Database, Azure Database for MySQL, and Azure Database for PostgreSQL, including provisioning, scaling, monitoring, and security.

- Install, configure, and maintain IIS, Apache Web Server, and Apache Tomcat, including application deployments, SSL certificate management, and log analysis.

- Support SharePoint 2016, SharePoint 2019, and SharePoint Online by managing sites, permissions, user access, and issue resolution.

- Administer Windows Server and Linux environments, including services, user management, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.





- Develop and maintain PowerShell and Shell/Bash scripts to automate routine administration, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.

- Apply networking fundamentals, including DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancers, Firewalls, and SSL/TLS certificates, to support production environments.

- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure high availability and operational stability in a 24x7 support model.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams while demonstrating solid problem-solving, automation, documentation, and production support skills.
