Data Scientist Bangalore, Delhi · Full-time · Hybrid About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong AI/ML expertise to drive advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI-led innovation across business functions. The role will focus on developing scalable machine learning solutions, leveraging structured and unstructured data, and delivering actionable insights to enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational and qualified background.

The role is available in Gurgaon and Bangalore locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for predictive and prescriptive analytics
- Build models for Risk modeling, Customer segmentation, Forecasting and optimization
- Explore large datasets to extract patterns, trends, and insights
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering
- Work with structured and unstructured data (text, images, etc.)
- Develop and implement AI-driven solutions and use cases
- Integrate models into production environments using APIs or pipelines
- Deploy models using MLOps
- Work with Agentic AI workflows

Requirements





- Strong proficiency in Python or R
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Expertise in Scikit-learn
- Expertise in TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of model development lifecycle (end-to-end)
- Knowledge of feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning
- Knowledge of model evaluation metrics
- Knowledge of NLP
- Knowledge of deep learning models
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn

Good to Have

- Experience in Insurance Domain
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI workflows
- Knowledge of Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering)
- Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, etc.)
