Primary Responsibilities Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
Develop and validate basic machine learning and statistical models under the guidance of senior team members
Perform data preparation, cleansing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis
Write efficient and maintainable code using Python, SQL, and related analytical tools
Create visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings to technical and business stakeholders
Support model deployment, monitoring, and performance evaluation activities
Work with data engineering teams to understand data sources and ensure data quality
Assist in developing NLP, predictive analytics, and classification models for healthcare use cases
Document methodologies, assumptions, and analytical results following team standards
Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and stay updated on emerging AI/ML technologies and industry trends
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile delivery environment
Adhere to organizational policies, data privacy standards, and healthcare compliance requirements
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to,
transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications Graduate degree or equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
Experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Analytics, or a related field
Foundational understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling
Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and model development
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib
Basic understanding of machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
Proven solid analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Proven effective written and verbal communication skills
