About The Role We are looking for a motivated Data Scientist with 2–3 years of experience who can combine technical expertise with strong client-facing skills. You will work hands-on with AI and data science projects while coordinating directly with customers, gathering requirements, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on technical work and project ownership.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing and deploying AI models, and providing strategic insights to our clients. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and clients, translating business needs into technical solutions, and ensuring that project objectives are met with high quality and within scope. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative AI projects, including NLP, Generative AI, RAG, and Large Language Models, while developing your skills in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Qualifications Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field. A solid foundation in data analysis, machine learning,



and AI concepts is essential. Prior experience in delivering AI projects, especially in client-facing roles, will be highly valued. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and data science.

Responsibilities Data Science & AI Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate actionable business insights.

Build, evaluate, and improve machine learning and AI models, including NLP, Generative AI, RAG, and LLM-based solutions.

Prepare datasets, perform feature engineering, and evaluate model performance to ensure accuracy and robustness.

Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Collaborate with engineering teams for model deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvements.

Project Management

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into technical requirements.

Coordinate with internal engineering and product teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Track project progress, identify risks, and manage dependencies to avoid delays.

Conduct regular status meetings and provide comprehensive updates to stakeholders.

Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards and are delivered within scope and deadlines.

Client Engagement





Engage with clients to understand their business problems and recommend AI-driven solutions tailored to their needs.

Conduct product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and technical presentations.

Prepare detailed technical documentation, project reports, and presentations for clients and internal teams.

Handle client queries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and satisfaction.
