About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong AI/ML expertise to drive advanced analytics,

predictive modeling, and AI-led innovation across business functions. The role will focus on developing scalable machine learning solutions, leveraging structured and unstructured data, and delivering actionable insights to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for predictive and prescriptive

analytics
- Build models for Risk modeling, Customer segmentation,Forecasting and optimization
- Explore large datasets to extract patterns, trends, and insights
- Experience in Insurance Domain would be a big plus.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering




- Work with structured and unstructured data (text, images, etc.)
- Develop and implement AI-driven solutions and use cases
- Integrate models into production environments using APIs or pipelines
- Exposure of model deployment (MLOps)
- Hands on Experience on Agentic AI workflows would be plus.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in

- Python / R

- SQL

Expertise in
- Scikit-learn

- TensorFlow / PyTorch
- Model development lifecycle (end-to-end)
- Feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning

- Model evaluation metrics

- NLP

- Deep learning models
- Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering) (Nice to Have)
- MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, etc.)
- Agentic Workflow (Nice to Have)

Experience with: Knowledge of data visualization tools:

- Power BI / Tableau / Matplotlib / Seaborn
