Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop predictive models using machine learning algorithms to forecast customer behavior and drive business growth.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform marketing strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business objectives.

- Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve forecast accuracy.

Job Requirements :

- 3-6 years of experience in data science or a related field.

- Strong background in machine learning, particularly supervised and unsupervised methods.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience working with popular libraries like scikit-learn or TensorFlow.

- Positive to have CPG experience
