Role Overview: The role involves monitoring vehicle movements and shipments in real-time, validating data integrity, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating with stakeholders to maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Monitor vehicles and shipments in real-time using the Axestrack system. Ensure accurate and timely tracking of shipment movements. Identify delays, route deviations, and data discrepancies.

Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and clients to resolve operational issues. Maintain records of trips, incidents, and exceptions. Generate daily operational reports and dashboards. Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational processes.

Escalate critical issues to the concerned stakeholders.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0–3 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Fleet Management, Data Monitoring, or Data Quality roles. Good knowledge of MS Excel. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Attention to detail and ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
