Design, implement, and manage data leakage controls across endpoints, network, email, and cloud.

- Develop and maintain DLP & CASB policies, classification models, and incident workflows.
- Monitor data leakage risks, investigate incidents, and drive timely remediation.
- Assess control effectiveness, identify gaps, and prepare management reports.
- Lead data protection awareness initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with vendors for support, upgrades, and optimization of DLP technologies.
- Ensure alignment with ISO 27001:2022, PCI DSS, and data protection regulations. Lead the implementation and operational management of DLP technologies. Develop data protection strategies aligned with business objectives and compliance needs. Identify data leakage risks, analyze alerts, and ensure timely incident resolution. Work with cross functional teams to refine DLP rules, policies, and classification schemes. Perform periodic reviews of DLP controls, conduct gap assessments, and drive remediation. Stay updated on emerging cyber threats and enhancements in DLP and CASB solutions. Strengthen organization-wide understanding of secure data handling practices.



Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for technology troubleshooting, upgrades, and tuning. Generate reports and key metrics to support leadership decision making. 8-10 years of overall experience in Cybersecurity.Minimum 5 years of hands on experience with DLP technologies and processes.Experience implementing DLP/CASB solutions across endpoints, network, cloud, and email.

Experience working in regulated environments or with large enterprise security programs.Exposure to ISO 27001:2013, PCI DSS, and data protection compliance work.

Essential : Strong knowledge of DLP tools, CASB, Data Classification, IRM/RMS, Email & Cloud DLP. Solid analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to interpret security events, identify risks, and drive remediation. Solid project management and stakeholder collaboration skills. Ability to translate technical issues into business friendly language.

Preferred : Experience driving security awareness programs. Familiarity with audit, risk assessment, and compliance methodologies. Ability to challenge the status quo and improve existing processes. Bachelor-s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
