About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Manager to lead our Data Operations function while remaining actively involved in day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in data research, web scraping, data cleansing, validation, enrichment, and quality management, along with proven experience in leading teams and managing client deliverables.

This role requires someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges, building efficient operational processes, and ensuring high-quality data delivery across multiple projects.

Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end data operations, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Perform hands-on data scraping, web research, data extraction, and data collection from multiple sources.
- Clean, validate, standardize, enrich, and maintain large datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Manage and mentor a team of data analysts/researchers, ensuring productivity and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver client-focused solutions.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives,



and operational efficiencies across data workflows.
- Monitor project progress, resolve operational challenges, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Prepare reports, track operational KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- 7-12 years of experience in Data Operations, Data Management, Market Research, or Business Research.
- Proven hands-on experience in data scraping, data mining, data cleansing, validation, enrichment, and secondary research.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and SQL; exposure to Python and web scraping tools (Selenium, BeautifulSoup, Scrapy) is preferred.
- Experience managing large datasets and leading data operations teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Market Research, KPO, Business Intelligence, Lead Generation, or Data Services organizations will be preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, or a related field.
