Role Overview :

As a Data Modeler, you will serve as the architectural backbone of our data ecosystem, translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable data structures. You will work closely with data engineers, business analysts, and product stakeholders to design logical and physical models that ensure data integrity and high performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and maintain comprehensive conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support diverse business intelligence and reporting needs.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to ensure seamless data integration across disparate source systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous business requirements into exact technical specifications that improve data accessibility.




- Implement data governance and quality standards to ensure consistency and reliability across the enterprise data warehouse.
- Utilize Erwin to document data lineage and metadata, providing transparency for stakeholders and technical teams alike.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex data models for large-scale enterprise environments using industry-standard tools like Erwin.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and performance tuning, complemented by Python scripting skills for automating data processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of ETL methodologies and data warehousing concepts, with the ability to build efficient pipelines that handle high-volume data streams.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Proven ability to thrive in a remote or distributed work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to manage deliverables independently.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field, backed by 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in data modeling and architecture.
