Role Purpose Ensure accurate, timely, and controlled data management across alternative investment fund processes, enabling reconciliations, reporting, and operational integrity across fund admin, custodians, and internal systems.

Role : Team Lead

6+yrs of exp required in Data Management / Data reconciliation / Data Operations & TL on paper for 1+yr

Knowledge of Alternative Investments (PE, Credit, Hedge Funds, Real Estate, Infra)

Core Responsibilities Data Operations

Manage fund, investor, and transaction data across systems

Perform data extraction, transformation, and uploads

Maintain security master, portfolio, and cash data





Reconciliations & Controls

Perform daily reconciliations (Cash, Trades, Holdings)

Investigate and resolve breaks (price, quantity, FX, etc.)

Ensure alignment between internal systems, fund admin, and custodians

Data Quality & Governance

Execute data quality checks and remediation

Support audit, SOX controls, and compliance processes

Maintain audit trails and process documentation

Reporting Support

Provide validated data for performance, financial, and regulatory reporting

Enable ILPA/PCAP and internal reporting requirements
