Responsibilities

- Leading data science initiatives to transform raw data into actionable insights for informed decision-making
- Guiding teams in the application of advanced analytics and statistical techniques to solve complex business problems
- Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance business growth and performance
- Utilizing machine learning and artificial intelligence tools to create predictive models and data visualizations
- Overseeing the design and development of robust data solutions, confirming data quality and integrity
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data utilization and innovation
- Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and develop their skills in data science and analytics
- Managing project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations and drive successful outcomes
- Encouraging the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies within data science teams




- Addressing challenges and conflicts with clients and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative work setting

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Strong supply chain domain knowledge (inventory planning, demand forecasting, logistics)
- Well versed and hands-on experience of working on optimization methods like linear programming, mixed integer programming, scheduling optimization. Having understanding of working on third party optimization solvers like Gurobi will be an added advantage

-Proficiency in forecasting techniques (e.g., Holt -Winters, ARIMA, ARIMAX, SARIMA, SARIMAX, FBProphet, NBeats) and machine learning techniques (supervised and unsupervised)

-Experience using at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP), such a
