Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Support Professional who may be deployed at partner schools to manage and maintain academic and administrative data using our School Management ERP system.

The primary responsibility of this role is accurate, timely, and structured handling of school data. Along with data services, the role is intentionally designed to help professionals develop strong communication, presentation, and professional interaction skills through guided exposure to service explanation, demonstrations, and supervised sales presentations.

This is a service-first role with communication practice embedded into the work, not a target-driven sales job.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Core Data Support Responsibilities (Primary Focus)

- Manage and maintain school data using the School Management ERP, including:
- Student records
- Attendance and academic data
- Fee and administrative information
- Teacher and class-related data
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
- Perform regular data verification, updates, and reports as required by the school
- Assist school staff in understanding and correctly using ERP features
- Act as the single point of contact for ERP-related data support at the school

B. Communication & Service Presentation Responsibilities (Skill-Building Focus)
- Clearly explain ERP features and benefits to school staff when required
- Assist in product walkthroughs, demos, and presentations under guidance
- Support senior team members during school meetings, service reviews, and discussions
- Learn to present:
- How data services improve school efficiency
- How ERP supports academics and administration
- Gradually participate in service pitching activities as part of professional development

Managing school data requires regular interaction with teachers, coordinators,



and administrators
- Clear communication ensures:
- Correct data input
- Better adoption of the ERP system
- Trust and long-term service relationships
- Sales presentations are used as a structured training ground to practice:
- Professional speaking
- Logical explanation
- Confidence building
- Real-world communication skills

- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, data entry, ERP systems preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn and follow structured processes
- Basic verbal communication skills (fluency improves with practice)
- Comfort in interacting with school staff and professionals
- Positive attitude towards learning presentation and communication skills

Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Prior experience in:
- Data entry
- School administration
- ERP or MIS systems
- Interest in professional growth beyond a desk-based role
