Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating data in the system, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. The company provides complete training before deployment.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company software and MS Excel.
- Verify documents and ensure data accuracy before entry.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Review and correct data errors to maintain data quality.
- Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of company records and information.
- Complete assigned work within the specified timelines.
- Perform other administrative and data management tasks as assigned.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
