Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain information in our databases and computer systems. The ideal candidate has strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

- Enter data accurately into company databases and software.
- Verify and correct data for errors or inconsistencies.
- Maintain and update records in a timely manner.
- Organize and manage digital and physical files.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.

Requirements





- 12th pass or High school diploma or equivalent.
- FRESHERS CAN ALSO APPLY
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative work is preferred.
- Valuable typing speed with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
