Key Responsibilities

- Format and standardize candidate CVs using approved company templates.
- Ensure consistency in fonts, spacing, alignment, headings, and overall document layout.
- Perform basic proofreading to correct spelling, grammar, and formatting errors.
- Verify that all mandatory candidate information is included in the CV.
- Convert documents into the required formats (Word/PDF).
- Maintain proper file naming conventions and document version control.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Handle confidential candidate information with discretion.
- Coordinate with recruiters to obtain any missing or updated information.
- Ensure compliance with company and client formatting guidelines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-7 years of experience in document processing, recruitment support,



or data entry.
- Fresh graduates with excellent MS Office skills are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent document formatting and editing skills.
- Good written English and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Typing speed of 40–50 WPM preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of IT job titles and technical terminology is an advantage.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
