Role Overview:

We are looking for talented software engineers interested in Agentic AI. You will build and maintain our enterprise product, contributing to core technology within our energetic startup.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI solutions.
- Own the software lifecycle, from requirement analysis through maintenance.
- Write high-quality code, perform reviews, mentor staff.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 2-8 years in data/database engineering (with expert-level PostgreSQL proficiency) and a few years of Python development.
- Data Pipelines: Proven experience in zero-loss database migrations and CDC architecture (e.g., Debezium, Kafka Connect).
- Technical Skills: Advanced SQL/NoSQL proficiency, including schema evolution (Avro/Protobuf), migration script development, and OLAP query optimization.
- Distributed Systems: Strong background in async processing, system reliability, and building data pipelines for AI/ML or agent systems.
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipeline
