We are urgent hiring for Data Engineer + Data Science with Generative AI

We are looking for Data engineering + Data science/ data analytics. These 2 are mandatory. Apart from these 2 skillsets, anyone having Gen AI experience is preferred.

Data engineering includes ETL/ELT process experience with hands on experience with various cloud tools and SQL/ Python, MS Fabric, PySpark, and so on. Data sceince/analytics will include dashboards and/or data analysis and modeling, where somebody can have experience in hypothesis testing, ML modeling (linear regression, clustering, random forest, etc).

Should have some project leading experience (be it spearheading team of 2-3 members), with atleast 7 years of experience.

Data Science: Candidates should have at least one project where they have independently developed dashboards and/or machine learning models, rather than only participating in migration or support activities.

- Data Engineering: Candidates should have experience in at least one project involving ETL/ELT development, data pipeline optimization, or similar core data engineering work.
- They should also demonstrate leadership by spearheading a team or initiative, rather than only leading a project.

• Generative Al: Mentioning GenAl in the skills section is sufficient as a baseline. However, any project experience involving GenAl should be considered an added advantage.

Analytics, AI & Data Engineering Lead Senior Manager (C2)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Analytics & Data Engineering Lead to drive data-

driven transformation initiatives for our clients. The role requires a unique blend of Analytics, Machine

Learning, Generative AI, Data Engineering, and stakeholder management capabilities.





The individual will be responsible for translating business problems into scalable analytics and AI solutions, designing robust data pipelines, enabling up-to-date data platforms, and leading a team of analysts, data engineers, and data scientists to deliver measurable business impact.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and client leadership to develop data products and AI-powered solutions across domains such as Healthcare,

Finance, Retail, and B2B/B2C Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics & Business Consulting

- Partner with clients and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to improve business outcomes.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical frameworks. Drive ad-hoc analytics, KPI development, forecasting, segmentation, customer analytics, pricing analytics,

and performance measurement initiatives.
- Develop executive-ready insights and recommendations for senior leadership. Lead business reviews and data storytelling sessions.

Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning
- Design and implement predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions.
- Lead development of ML models including Customer Segmentation, Churn Prediction,

Propensity Models, Customer Lifetime Value Models, Forecasting Models, Recommendation

Systems etc.





- Oversee model validation, monitoring, governance, and deployment processes. Ensure business adoption and value realization from analytics initiatives.

AI & Generative AI Solutions
- Lead design and implementation of GenAI solutions leveraging enterprise data assets.
- Build and deploy conversational analytics solutions, AI copilots, and agent-based applications. Work with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, prompt engineering, and

AI governance frameworks.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for client adoption. Drive responsible AI and enterprise AI best practices.

Data Engineering & Modern Data Platform
- Architect and oversee scalable data engineering solutions on cloud platforms. Design and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and semi-structured data. Lead implementation of modern data platforms using Microsoft Fabric and Azure ecosystem.
