We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in Teradata, ETL development, and large-scale data engineering.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and optimizing enterprise data solutions, building scalable data pipelines, and working in Agile environments. Experience with Python for automation and data processing is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data engineering solutions using Teradata.
- Build, optimize, and support scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for high-volume data processing.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects within Teradata.
- Perform data modeling, data integration, and data quality validation.
- Analyze and optimize database performance, query execution, and workload management.
- Develop automation scripts using Python for data processing, reporting, and operational tasks.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Scientists, and Application teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.




- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing, and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability and reliability of data platforms.
- Maintain technical documentation and adhere to data governance, security, and development standards.

Required Skills :

- 8 to 12 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Teradata Database Development and Administration.
- Extensive experience in SQL, query optimization, performance tuning, and data modeling.
- Experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using enterprise data integration tools.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and large-scale data processing.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
