Data Analyst Roles & Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights and support business/project decisions.

- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and data visualization solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and other BI platforms.

- Perform data validation, quality checks, reconciliation, and ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of datasets.

- Design and automate recurring reports, dashboards, and analytical processes to improve reporting efficiency.

- Analyze trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support monitoring and performance improvement.

- Develop data models, queries, and reports using SQL and database management tools.

- Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and insights for management reviews and stakeholder communication.





- Support Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E;) activities through data analysis, performance tracking, and outcome measurement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.

- Maintain documentation of data sources, processes, dashboards, and reporting methodologies.

- Support data integration from multiple systems and ensure seamless flow of information for reporting purposes.

- Identify data gaps, anomalies, and improvement opportunities through detailed analysis.

- Provide technical support and training to users on dashboards, reporting tools, and data interpretation.Role & responsibilities
