Position Summary The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence. The role focuses on developing reports, dashboards, forecasting models, and actionable insights that drive business performance. Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

- Analyze large datasets to identify business trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Perform advanced analytics, statistical analysis, and data modeling.
- Support forecasting, demand planning, and business performance analysis.

Reporting & Dashboard Development
- Define, track, and report key business KPIs.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and performance reports.
- Automate recurring reports and reporting processes.
- Present analytical findings to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Data Management & Governance
- Cleanse, validate, and standardize data for reporting purposes.
- Conduct master data audits and validation checks.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards.
- Maintain reporting structures,



databases, and data warehouse environments.

Data Integration & Automation
- Retrieve, consolidate, and integrate data from multiple sources.
- Develop and optimize ETL/data preparation processes.
- Support business analytics and digital transformation initiatives.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to improve reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.

Experience

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Management.
- Experience working with large datasets and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with forecasting, demand planning, and business performance analysis.
