Conduct engaging classroom & live online sessions with strong conceptual clarity

Simplify complex topics into easy, real-world relatable explanations

Ensure every session is practical, hands-on, and industry-relevant

Maintain high student engagement through interactive teaching methodologies 2. Hands-On Learning & Project-Based Approach Design and deliver real-time projects based on industry use cases

Guide students in building portfolio-ready projects (end-to-end)

Conduct live coding, data analysis, and dashboard creation sessions

Encourage students to work on case studies, datasets, and business problems 3.

Technical

Mentorship & Student Success Provide 1:1 mentorship and doubt resolution support

Track student progress and ensure skill improvement & concept clarity

Conduct mock interviews, technical assessments, and viva sessions

Guide students in resume building, GitHub portfolio & LinkedIn optimization

Prepare students to become job-ready professionals 4.

Curriculum

Development & Innovation Develop and continuously improve industry-aligned curriculum

Update content based on latest tools, technologies & hiring trends

Create assignments, quizzes, and evaluation frameworks

Integrate Generative AI tools into analytics workflows and training modules 5. Generative AI Integration Train students on practical usage of AI tools in Data Analytics & Data Science





Teach Prompt Engineering with real business scenarios

Demonstrate how AI can automate data cleaning, reporting, and insights generation

Batch

Ownership & Performance Management Take complete ownership of assigned batches from start to completion

Monitor attendance, performance, and feedback metrics

Ensure high student satisfaction and learning outcomes

Maintain discipline, consistency, and professional environment in sessions 7. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with academic & placement teams

Support in placement readiness programs and hiring drives

Participate in workshops, seminars, and demo sessions

Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies 8.

Brand

Representation & Demo Sessions Conduct demo classes and workshops for new students

Represent Uncodemy as a subject matter expert

Build trust and credibility through knowledge and delivery quality Required Skills: Robust knowledge of Data Analytics

Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Excel

Experience in Data Visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau)

Good understanding of Generative AI & LLMs

Knowledge of Prompt Engineering & AI tools

Excellent communication and presentation skills
