Senior Insights Manager

Timings : UK Shift( 2 pm - 11 pm)

About the Role

You will own one or more work streams within a project, often with full visibility across all streams. Youll lead analysts and associates, drive content delivery, manage teams, and interact directly with clients. Your role involves synthesizing analysis, formulating recommendations, and managing implementation efforts alongside the Engagement Manager and Client Initiative Leader.

Beyond client work, contribute to firm development by leading training, logistics, and building expertise areas. Youll apply advanced quantitative analysis using SQL, SAS/Python, and proprietary techniques to solve complex business problems such as portfolio evaluation and risk forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project work streams and deliverables with endtoend ownership
- Manage teams of analysts and associates, ensuring quality output
- Interact with clients, synthesize insights, and present recommendations
- Drive implementation efforts and manage client expectations
- Contribute to firm development through training and expertise building




- Perform advanced quantitative analysis on large datasets using SQL, SAS/Python
- Apply proprietary techniques to business problems and establish best practices

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong analytical capabilities with relevant experience in:
- Credit Risk Modeling, Scorecards, Underwriting, Portfolio Monitoring, Collections, Acquisition, Fraud, Lending Analytics
- Exposure to Credit Cards, Retail Banking, Consumer Lending, Mortgage/Residential Lending

- Proficiency in SQL (mandatory)
- Expertise in statistical tools: SAS/Python
- M.Tech/MBA/Masters from premier institutes (IITs, NITs, BITS, DTU, NSUT, IIMs, XLRI, ISB, MDI, Tier1 colleges)
- Proven track record in handling complex analytical/scientific assignments
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and team management skills
- Ownership mindset, analytical bent, and willingness to travel internationally
