Role & responsibilities

1. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence.

- Corporate Alignment: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate data initiatives, ensuring local data collection aligns with corporate definitions, KPIs, and data governance policies.
- Local Reporting & Insights: Develop, maintain, and deliver localized dashboards, reports, and KPIs for hospital leadership to drive operational efficiency, clinical quality, and financial performance.
- Requirement Gathering: Work closely with local department heads (Clinical, Operations, Finance) to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the data engineering/IT teams.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify operational bottlenecks, patient flow inefficiencies, or revenue leakage within the local unit.
- Data Integrity: Monitor and audit local data entry practices to ensure high data quality and consistency before reporting up to corporate systems.

2. Project Management Office (PMO) & Governance

- Project Execution: Lead and manage local strategic projects from conception to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with corporate strategic goals.
- Corporate PMO Liaison: Represent the hospital unit in corporate PMO meetings, providing progress updates, escalating risks, and ensuring corporate project methodologies are adopted locally.
- Stakeholder Management:



Facilitate communication between local hospital stakeholders and corporate IT/analytics teams to ensure smooth rollout of corporate-wide software or systems.
- Change Management: Support local teams in adopting new data tools, processes, and corporate workflows through training and continuous documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: Masters degree (MHA/MBA) or certifications like PMP / CAPM or Lean Six Sigma.
- Advanced proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Solid SQL skills for querying databases; proficiency in Excel (Advanced formulas, Power Query, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Health Records (EHR), or billing systems is highly desirable.
- Experience with Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project or similiar products.
- Ability to translate complex clinical or operational challenges into data requirements, and conversely, translate complex data into plain business language for leadership.
- Comfortable working in a matrix organization, balancing accountability to both the Local Hospital Director and the Corporate PMO/Analytics Head.
- Proactive mindset with a sharp eye for identifying operational inefficiencies.
