Role & responsibilities

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple business functions.
- Develop interactive dashboards, MIS reports, and business performance reports.
- Analyze financial, operational, sales, procurement, and manufacturing data to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior leadership.
- Build automated reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Monitor key business KPIs and present actionable insights to management.
- Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports.
- Support budgeting, planning, and business review processes through analytical reporting.

Management Reporting

- Prepare presentations, executive summaries, and analytical reports for the CFO.
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and other departments for data collection and validation.
- Support management meetings by preparing business reports and presentations.




- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and financial information.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 38 years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Business Analytics.
- Strong expertise in Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Charts, Dashboards).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, or other BI/visualization tools is highly preferred.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Compensation

- CTC: Up to 4.80 LPA (40,000 per month CTC), based on experience and skills.

Working Days
- 6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday)
