We are seeking a Data Analyst who can manage and analyze customer data to support sales targeting and retargeting strategies. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with CRM tools and other business software, and can translate raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze, summarize and organize previous customer data scattered across all platforms
- Analyze customer purchase behavior, preferences, and trends to identify sales opportunities
- Build and support sales targeting and retargeting strategies using customer data insights
- Segment customers based on demographics, purchase history, and engagement levels
- Generate regular reports and dashboards for management review
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or quality issues and recommend corrective actions




- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design data-driven campaigns
- Work with other business software/tools in use (e.g., spreadsheets, e-commerce platforms, communication/marketing tools) to consolidate data from multiple sources

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Strong working knowledge of CRM applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Understanding of sales funnels, customer segmentation, and retargeting concepts
- Good communication skills to present findings clearly to the team
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools used by the company

What We Offer
