Job Title: Purchase Executive (AI & Data) Company: Brindavan Udyog India Location: Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi Role Overview : We are looking for a smart Purchase Executive who can leverage AI and data to optimize procurement operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to vendor management and purchasing.

Key Responsibilities Procure source products and identify reliable suppliers. Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best commercial terms. Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement.

Coordinate with vendors for deliveries, documentation, and issue resolution. Track pending purchase orders and maintain regular vendor follow-ups. AI & Data: Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) for product research, documentation, and workflow optimization.

Analyze supplier quotations, pricing trends, and procurement data. Build and maintain purchase trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards.



Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, pricing, and delivery. Maintain an organized vendor database and documentation.

Coordination: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to fulfill customer requirements. Ensure timely communication between vendors and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.

Requirements: Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Hands-on experience with AI tools for productivity and research. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills. Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and automation tools is an added advantage. Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn new technologies.
