Role Description This full-time, on-site Data Analyst role is based in Rajasthan, India.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency. The role involves performing quantitative analysis, generating statistical reports, creating dashboards, and developing data models to support decision-making and policy implementation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics tools and techniques.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical methods to real-world datasets.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills for presenting complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills for designing structured data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software and at least one data analysis or visualization tool (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, R, or Python) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work with government or large organizational datasets, attention to detail, and adherence to data privacy and security standards are advantageous.
