HR Analyst India - Goa Contract Type: Permanent.

Function: Human Resources Job summary This role will provide support in data analysis / consolidation to the Albea Tubes HR community, HR Directors and VP HR to support data driven decision making within the HR Function Main activities Collect, clean, consolidate and analyze HR data related to HR metrics. Build data visualizations through dashboard and Power BI and track key metrics for stakeholders Design and deploy AI-driven HR agents to handle repetitive processes Actively designing, developing, and deploying AI agents Use Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros) for data analysis and reporting. Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support HR strategy and workforce planning.

Support HR processes such as headcount analysis, turnover tracking, and productivity metrics. Collaborate with business leaders/ HR leaders to translate complex HR processes into technical and functional requirements Ensure data integrity, accuracy,



and confidentiality of HR information. Accountability including KPIs Accuracy and timeliness of HR reports Quality of dashboards and insights generated Improvement in HR decision-making through analytics Process efficiency and reporting automation Profile (Qualification & Experience)

Graduate – BBA/BSc (Data Analytics); MBA/PGD HR will be plus 2-3 yrs relevant experience

Skills / Knowledge Ability: Proficiency in Power BI (Dashboards, DAX, Data Visualization) Strong expertise in Advanced Excel Strong ability to conduct statistical analysis Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work with large datasets and derive insights Excellent communication and presentation skills Desirable skills: Experience working with HRMS systems Knowledge of data visualization best practices
