We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) Finance Functional Consultant with 4–5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Finance modules. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in D365FO Finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from finance stakeholders.

Configure and implement D365FO Finance modules based on business requirements.

Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend standard D365FO best practices.

Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and solution documentation.

Perform system configuration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.

Collaborate with technical consultants for customizations, reports, and integrations.

Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.

Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.

Support data migration, validation, and finance process improvements.

Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.

Required Functional Expertise





Hands-on experience in one or more of the following D365FO Finance modules:

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Fixed Assets (FA)

Cash and Bank Management

Budgeting

Financial Reporting

Credit and Collections (Good to Have)

Expense Management (Good to Have)

Required Skills

3–5 years of experience as a D365FO Finance Functional Consultant.

Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end D365FO implementation project.

Solid knowledge of finance and accounting business processes.

Experience in Requirement Gathering, Fit-Gap Analysis, UAT, User Training, and Go-Live support.

Good understanding of month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Experience in preparing functional documentation (FDD, BRD, Process Flows).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Certification is preferred.
