Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Management (FSCM) / AX 2012 module.

- Gather business requirements and map them to D365 FSCM functionalities.
- Configure, test, and deploy financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets, and Budgeting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design process improvements and automation.
- Provide Key-user training and ongoing functional support.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements within the system.
- Drive solution adoption and optimize usage for business performance.
- Upgrade from AX to D365 FSCM.
- Integration between D365 & 3rd Party system.
- Hands-on experience in localization features (e.g., India GST, tax, statutory reporting).
- Strong Finance domain expertise. Ability to provide solution for the customization.
- The D365 FSCM Finance Consultant will be responsible for analysing client business requirements, designing system configurations, implementing financial modules, and delivering functional solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
- The role requires a combination of strong finance domain knowledge and deep expertise in Dynamics 365 FSCM. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical developers, and business users to deliver end-to-end financial solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in D365 FSCM/ Dynamics AX with at least 2-4 full-cycle D365 FSCM (Finance) projects.
- Robust understanding of financial processes: GL, AR, AP, FA, Bank, Budgeting, Reporting.




- Expertise in functional analysis, gap fit with D365 FSCM / Dynamics AX, determining modification requests to D365 FSCM / Dynamics AX and writing specifications or their development.
- It is expected that the functional analyst with possess deep knowledge of one or more D365 FSCM / Dynamics AX modules and has significant GL, AP, AR and Bank Management- Strong finance domain expertise. Ability to provide end to end solution in standard product with minimum customization.

- Strong functional knowledge of finance processes and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).

- Familiarity with Finance automation tools, electronic reporting (ER), and workflows.
- Awareness of integration points with CRM, HR, or third-party applications.
- Ability to manage change and drive process adoption across stakeholders.
- Bachelor-s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field - Master-s degree (MBA/CA/ICWA/CPA) or equivalent professional qualification.
