The Cybersecurity Solution Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, integrating, configuring, testing, and documenting enterprise cybersecurity solutions, working with customer stakeholders, security architects, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors to deploy secure, scalable, and compliant cybersecurity technologies.

Security Solution Design & Implementation

Design and implement enterprise cybersecurity solutions aligned with business and security requirements

Develop implementation plans, deployment runbooks, and rollback procedures

Install, configure, and optimize security platforms across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments

Perform solution validation, testing, and production deployment

Execute proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot implementations

SIEM & Security Platform Integration

- Design and implement SIEM integrations
- Integrate CrowdStrike Falcon Next-Gen SIEM with enterprise security tools and data sources
- Configure log collection, normalization, parsing, and correlation rules
- Integrate firewalls, network devices, cloud platforms, identity providers, endpoint security, and SaaS applications
- Validate log ingestion, event enrichment, and threat detection use cases
- Develop dashboards, detection rules, alerts, and reporting

Endpoint Security Implementation

- Deploy and configure CrowdStrike Falcon Endpoint Protection
- Integrate Microsoft Defender for Endpoint where applicable
- Configure endpoint detection policies, prevention policies, and response capabilities
- Support agent deployment and health monitoring
- Validate endpoint visibility and protection coverage

Identity & Access Management (IAM)





- Implement Microsoft Entra ID security capabilities
- Configure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Implement Conditional Access policies
- Configure Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
- Integrate identity providers using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, or SCIM
- Support identity governance and lifecycle management

Cloud Security (Microsoft Azure)

- Deploy Microsoft Defender for Cloud
- Configure Azure Policy and security baselines
- Implement Microsoft Sentinel connectors and analytics rules
- Secure Azure subscriptions, resource groups, storage accounts, and virtual networks
- Implement Azure Landing Zone security controls
- Perform cloud security assessments and remediation

Microsoft Security Platform Integration

- Implement and integrate: Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Identity, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, VMware
- Configure API-based integrations and event forwarding
- Validate interoperability and end-to-end security workflows

Automation & Orchestration

- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, and REST APIs
- Implement security orchestration and automated response workflows
- Configure Microsoft Sentinel Automation Rules and Playbooks
- Integrate workflow automation with ServiceNow and other ITSM platforms

Security Validation & Testing

- Perform functional, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Validate security controls and alerting mechanisms
- Conduct configuration reviews and health checks
- Support remediation of deployment issues
