Cyber Security Manager – Quality, Compliance, Process Excellence

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a quality assurance, compliance, or operational excellence role.
- Experience in cyber operations (e.g., SOC, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, Red/Blue Teaming) is a strong plus.
- You have advanced knowledge of Endpoint security, WAF, PKI, Microsoft Security Tools, Email Security platforms, Firewalls, Web Proxy, NAC, IPS.
- You are also experienced in risk assessment and bring a positive knowledge of tools, technologies, and methods.
- Ensures the highest standards of quality, compliance, and effectiveness in cyber operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Leadership and teamwork skills to drive collaboration across departments.
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement.

· Design and optimize cyber operation workflows to enhance efficiency,



accuracy, and security. Prepare and document standard operating procedures and guidelines. · Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for cyber operations and monitor adherence.

· Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents or quality failures and implement corrective actions. Occasionally, consolidate information in reports.

· Provide training and guidance to cyber operations staff on quality best practices, tools, and methodologies.

· Drive innovation in cyber operations by identifying and implementing best-in-class tools and methodologies.

· Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting quality metrics, trends, and recommendations.

- This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance frameworks, processes, and metrics to enhance the reliability, efficiency, and security of cyber operations.
- Preferably immediate joiner.
