Naksys Global Technologies India Pvt Ltd is hiring a skilled Cyber Security Trainer with 3 years of hands-on industry or training experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality training, real-time security concepts, and practical simulations to learners.

Responsibilities

Conduct Cyber Security training sessions (online/offline)

Prepare training materials, labs, case studies, and practical exercises

Teach core security concepts: Network Security, Application Security, Ethical Hacking, Threat Analysis, SOC, SIEM Tools, and Vulnerability Assessment

Guide learners through hands-on labs and real-time attack–defense scenarios

Provide mentoring, doubt-clearing, and career guidance

Keep training content updated with latest cyber threats, tools, and trends

Requirements





Minimum 3 years of experience in Cyber Security (industry or training)

Strong understanding of

Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing

Network Security & Firewalls

SIEM Tools (Splunk, QRadar, etc.)

Vulnerability Assessment & Incident Response

Security Best Practices & Compliance

Certifications like CEH, Security+, CHFI, or similar are an advantage

Excellent communication and presentation skills
