Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Professional to lead our security posture and risk management initiatives from our Vadodara office.

In this leadership capacity, you will act as the primary authority on information security, bridging the gap between technical infrastructure and business compliance.

You will work closely with executive leadership, IT operations teams, and external stakeholders to design resilient security frameworks that protect critical data and industrial assets.

Your work will directly influence the companys ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and mitigate sophisticated cyber threats in an increasingly digitized industrial workplace.

Key Responsibilities :

- Formulate and execute comprehensive information security strategies to safeguard organizational assets against evolving cyber threats.
- Oversee IT compliance and risk management programs to ensure alignment with international security standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of network security protocols, ensuring that both corporate and industrial control systems remain hardened against unauthorized access.
- Lead internal and external audits to validate the effectiveness of IT controls and implement remediation plans for identified vulnerabilities.




- Advise senior management on data privacy mandates and security investments to support long-term business continuity and operational integrity.
- Cultivate a culture of security awareness across the organization by developing training programs and incident response protocols for diverse teams.

Required Skillset :

- Possess 10 to 20 years of progressive experience in managing enterprise-level cyber security and information risk frameworks.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in network security architecture, IT controls, and the implementation of robust data privacy measures.
- Hold active professional certifications such as CISM or CISA, reflecting a high standard of competence in information security management.
- Exhibit strong communication skills necessary to translate complex technical risks into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain a proactive approach to identifying emerging threats and adapting security strategies to fit the specific needs of the energy and technology sectors.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in an on-site capacity in Vadodara, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to drive security excellence.
