As a Cyber Manager, you will focus on providing comprehensive security solutions across various domains, maintaining the protection of client systems and data. Within our Cybersecurity practice, you will apply a broad understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices to address diverse security challenges effectively.
As a Manager, you will lead teams, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for the execution of project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will translate business objectives into security architecture standards, manage numerous engagements, and lead security design reviews. You will mentor team members and align cross-domain stakeholders on strategic security priorities,
conducting security architecture maturity assessments and collaborating with clients to understand their business priorities and risk landscape.
Responsibilities Leading cybersecurity initiatives to protect client systems and data from potential threats
Developing comprehensive security strategies and architectures tailored to client needs
Managing multiple engagements to enhance clients' cybersecurity posture and architecture
Conducting security design reviews and assessing control coverage for new initiatives
Mentoring team members and aligning stakeholders on strategic security priorities
Performing security architecture maturity assessments using industry frameworks
Collaborating with clients to understand business priorities and risk landscapes
Staying informed about emerging security trends and incorporating them into client solutions
Providing subject matter expertise on cybersecurity strategy and governance across sectors
Utilizing encryption technologies and security compliance management to safeguard sensitive information What You Must Have At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
At least 8 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Studies, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to enterprise cybersecurity governance and operations, including CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security credentials
Demonstrating proficiency in security architecture and cybersecurity strategy
Utilizing Agile Methodology to enhance project delivery and team collaboration
Excelling in conducting security architecture maturity assessments using industry frameworks
Leading security design reviews and aligning stakeholders on strategic priorities
Staying informed about emerging security architecture patterns and technology trends
