What You'll Do

✈️ Assist B2B customers with their business travel requirements

? Coordinate with suppliers and partners to resolve booking-related issues

? Handle customer queries and requests with professionalism and empathy

? Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high satisfaction levels

? Resolve complex situations by thinking beyond standard processes

? Stay updated with new tools, features, and process improvements

We're Looking For

✔️ Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. At least 6 months in travel, Airlines, etc

✔️ Strong spoken and written Business English

✔️ Positive computer skills and typing proficiency
