Role: Patient Associate/ Process Associate

Client: Hospital/Healthcare (UK)

Location: Electronic City Phase 1, Bangalore

Shift: UK Shift (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM)

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Days: Rotational week offs

Transport: 2 way cab (home pickup)

Eligibility

. Any Graduate

. 2–5 years of experience in any UK Customer Support, BPO, Shared Services, or Healthcare Support

. Exp in UK voice process is mandatory

. Excellent English communication skills

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound patient calls, emails & portal enquiries
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Resolve customer queries professionally
- Maintain accurate records and ensure quality standards for more details whatsapp to (phone hidden) or mailto [email protected]

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
