Ready to work with a growing US compliance services company supporting the trucking and transportation industry?

We are expanding our remote team and currently hiring for four freelance positions:

- FREELANCE HR SPECIALIST

You will help us with:

✓ Sourcing and screening candidates

✓ Contractor onboarding and offboarding

- CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENTS

You will assist customers through inbound calls, emails, and online portal support.

Your responsibilities will include

✓ Helping customers with compliance filings

✓ Guiding customers through forms, documents, and information pages

✓ Following up on incomplete documentation

✓ Recording every customer interaction

✓ Escalating cases clearly and professionally

Excellent spoken and written English is essential.

- COLD OUTBOUND SALES AGENTS

You will contact US motor carriers and owner-operators using company-provided data.

Your role will include

✓ Starting meaningful conversations with prospects

✓ Identifying compliance and training needs

✓ Explaining relevant services

✓ Following up with interested prospects

✓ Booking appointments or closing sales

Confidence, consistency, and resilience on the phone matter more than reading a perfect script.

- SALES LEAD / MANAGER

Take ownership of our outbound sales operation from start to finish.

You will

✓ Recruit and build the calling team

✓ Develop and test sales scripts

✓ Establish targets and performance standards





✓ Manage the CRM, pipeline, and follow-ups

✓ Coach sales agents and improve conversions

✓ Prepare clear weekly performance reports

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience in trucking, logistics, DOT or FMCSA compliance, customer support, HR, or B2B services is preferred but not required.

We can train you on compliance regulations and services.

We are looking for people who already bring:

✓ Comfort using CRM and helpdesk systems

WORKING AVAILABILITY

Monday through Friday

7 AM to 7 PM Central Time availability window

Remote work

Your own computer, secure internet connection, and a quiet calling environment are required. COMPENSATION

HR and Customer Support: Monthly

Sales Agents and Sales Lead: Base compensation plus commission

Final rates will depend on experience and will be discussed during the first conversation.
