Experience:

- Minimum 18 months of experience in an International Voice Process (Mandatory)

Qualification:

- Graduation is Mandatory

Salary:

- Maximum CTC: Up to 5.3 LPA

Shift:

- Versatile to work in Night Shifts

Transportation:

- One-Way Cab Facility Provided

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Provide prompt, accurate,



and courteous support to international customers.
- Resolve customer queries related to products, services, accounts, and billing.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction during every interaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies, compliance standards, and operational procedures.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
