- Experience in UK travel process (Flights & holiday packages preferably)
- Hands-on experience with GDS (Amadeus preferred)
- Positive knowledge of international airfare rules and airline policies
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills
