Experience Required:
- 1–5 years of experience in inbound, outbound, email, or chat support.
- Basic knowledge of Loans, CIBIL Score, and Credit Cards.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
- Robust customer handling skills over calls and emails.
- Good problem-solving and customer service skills.

- Location: Unit No. 508–510, 5th Floor, Well-Done Techpark, Sector 48, Gurgaon, Haryana – 122001
- Shift: Day Shift
- Working Days: 6 days a week
