We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for an International Customer Service Voice Process. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international clients.
- Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, orders, and accounts.
- Deliver accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments when required.
- Meet individual and team performance targets including quality, productivity,
and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate or Graduate from any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 6 months to 5 years of experience in International Customer Service/BPO are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational night shifts.
