Role: Customer support associate (Voice process)

Key Accountabilities

- Support day-ahead roster construction (D-12) to ensure complete operational coverage.
- Assist in assigning relief staff based on skill requirements, availability, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Track and maintain records related to overtime, reduced overtime, and undertime with appropriate documentation.
- Monitor sick call notifications and support timely backfill actions to minimize operational impact.
- Conduct inbound and outbound operational calls to coordinate staffing and coverage requirements.
- Prepare mid-day and end-of-shift staffing, attendance, and exception reports.
- Monitor staffing exceptions and escalate critical gaps within defined timelines.
- Ensure adherence to established workflows, compliance standards,



data security protocols, and audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in Staff Admin, MS Excel, and other workforce planning tools.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support smooth and uninterrupted airport operations.

Qualifications
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates may apply.
- Solid working knowledge of MS Excel is required.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a time-sensitive operational environment.
- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound operational calls.
- Strong verbal communication skills with clear and professional spoken English.
- Ability to follow defined processes, workflows, compliance requirements, and data security guidelines.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize activities, and manage time effectively.
- Prior exposure to workforce planning, roster management, scheduling, airport operations, or airline processes will be an added advantage.
