WINSO BUSINESS SERVICES PVT. LTD. is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused Telecallers / Customer Support Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Kannada, along with a positive attitude and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead management.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills
- Fluency in Hindi, English,



and Kannada.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales will be an added advantage.
