Job Title: Customer Support Associate Flipkart Voice Process (Work From Home)

Location: Remote / Work From Home (Pan India, excluding Jammu & Kashmir)

Job Type: Full time/ Contractual (3 months)

We are hiring Customer Support Associates for the Flipkart Voice Process. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing resolutions, and delivering an excellent customer experience through voice support.

Eligibility

- Graduates (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply)
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including day and night shifts
- Willing to work 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off

Salary & Benefits
- In-hand Salary: 17,500 per month
