Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.

Assist customers with orders, product information, tracking, returns, and refunds.

Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.





Deliver a positive customer experience at every interaction.

Required Skills

Strong verbal and written communication.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
